As you and your customer map the action steps necessary for them to achieve their goal, you can create a custom action that is specific to the customer.

From the list of actions, click "Add Custom Action". Then enter more information about that action via the following fields:

Action Type

Select from one of the six financial security areas (Goals, Assets, Banking, Credit, Debt or Taxes) to categorize the action type.

Action Name

Enter a name that describes the action step, such as, “Pull Rental Report” or “Research Small Business Lenders”.

Action Due Date (Optional)

You have the option to enter a date by which time the customer should plan to complete this action step.

Notes

Enter any notes or context for the action step in this section. Be detailed, specific and motivating - these notes will be visible to your customer when you print the Action Plan!
