Get started gathering information!

To begin an initial coaching session with a new customer who has not been previously entered into the system, you register the customer in 3 ways:

  • Click “New” at the right side of the Contacts list.
  • On the right side of the Contact’s tab, select “New Contact”
  • On the “Customers” section within the landing page, select the “+” icon

By selecting “New”, a “New Contact” box will pop up that allows you to enter information about the customer, including name and contact information. While only the customer's name is required to save, it is best practice to capture as much information as possible.

Be sure to enter the correct Mobile number, which will allow you to text your customer directly through Change Machine!

Once you have entered all information, click "Save" to proceed to the customer’s Action Plan, or "Save & New" to create another new customer record.

Overall Financial Picture

To see a summary of a customer’s overall financial picture, you can view the metrics listed underneath the customer’s name.

This provides a summary of total assets, total debts, and total actions completed or outcomes achieved, as well as current credit score of the customer. You can regularly update a customer's assets and debts to track their financial security over time.
