The Launch Pad provides you with customized reminders and recommendations regarding your customers' progress and pending items.
It's a great way to keep track of necessary updates during each coaching session. To update the Launch Pad, open a Contact's page, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Edit Page.
Go to the navigation menu on the left and search for "Launching Pad". Select the item labeled "LaunchingPadFlexipageWrapper", drag it to the space below the dashboard and select Refresh. If the old version of the Launch Pad (the old Survey Reminders) is still there, go ahead and delete that component from the page.
Once the Launch Pad has been placed on the layout, save the changes made and select the Activation button. Once a window will appears, navigate to the App Default section and select the button labeled Assign as App Default. Check the item with the app name Change Machine and select Next. Confirm the request by selecting Next once more and Save changes. To return to the Contact's page, select the Back button at the top right corner.
