In a customer's profile page, click on the Referrals tab on the left sidebar.
This is where you can track outgoing referrals made to other organizations.
Tip: You will only see the Referrals Worksheet if your organization has referral partners configured. Those with a Manager license will be able to set up referral partners in MANAGE.
How to Add Outgoing Referrals
To indicate which referrals you have made for your customer, click on the “New Referral” button.
- Referral Partner: Select from the dropdown list a partner organization you have referred your customer to. This list may be customized by a user with Manager license.
- Meeting: The date is automatically defaulted to the current meeting.
- Notes: You may also type in any notes that you may have.
Once you're done, click the "Save" button.
Tip: Your organization's referral partners may include public benefit organizations, credit unions, and debt management plans.
