In a customer's profile page, click on the Taxes tab on the left sidebar.

This is where you can track customers' tax filing status, such as their tax filing method, or the amount of tax refund received or tax owed.

How to Add a Tax Report

Click on the "New Report" button.

Tax Year: the tax year you'd like to keep track of


  • State
  • Federal
  • Both

Tax Filing Method:

  • Family/Friend
  • Free Tax Site
  • Paid Preparer
  • Prepared Myself
  • Didn't File

Tax Refund Received:

  • Yes
  • No, Owed Money

Met Expectations:

  • Yes
  • No
  • Undetermined

Fees: fees paid to a tax preparer

Meeting: the current or past meeting dates

Notes: notes about the customer's taxes

Goal: an active goal the customer would like to save a portion of the refund for

Amount Saved: the amount of the refund that was saved for a goal

Date Saved: the date the refund was saved for a goal

How to Edit or Delete a Tax Report

1. Click on a tax report

If you have added a tax report, click on it.

2. A detailed pane of information will appear on the right side

This pane displays the tax year, the amount of tax refund or tax owed, tax filing method, type, the date a tax refund was saved, and meeting date.

To edit a tax report, click on the "Edit" button. To delete a tax report, click on the "Delete" button.

Printing the Taxes Dynamic Worksheet

Clicking the "Print" button at the bottom of the Taxes dynamic worksheet will enable you to print a summary of the tax reports entered in the dynamic worksheet.

Depending on your customer's language preference selected within the customer's Details tab, the language on the printout will be in either English or Spanish.
