The Metrics tab is where coaches can see an overview of the work they're doing to help their customers on their journey towards financial security.

Accessing Metrics

To access the Metrics tab, click on COACH on the top bar, followed by Metrics on the left sidebar.

Metrics Data

New Customers

The "New Customers" bar graph displays all customers you met with for the first time in the last six months.

Attended Meetings

The "Attended Meetings" bar graph displays all customer meetings with the "Attended" status in the last six months.

Clicking on "Grouped" or "Stacked" will toggle between the bar graph's display.

You may also filter out a specific data type by clicking on "In-person" or "Phone Call."

Completed Actions

The "Completed Actions" bar graph displays all coaching actions that were placed in the "Done" column of your customers' Action Plans in the last six months.

Clicking on "Grouped" or "Stacked" will toggle between the bar graph's display.

You may also filter out a specific data type by clicking on "Goals", "Assets", "Banking", "Credit", "Debt", Taxes", or "Other."

Top Completed Actions

The "Top Completed Actions" table lists the top 10 coaching actions that were placed in the "Done" column of your customers' Action Plans in the last six months.

Cash Value

The "Cash Value" bar graph displays the total Cash Value of your customers' progress in the last six months.

Clicking on "Grouped" or "Stacked" will toggle between the bar graph's display.

You may also filter out a specific Cash Value type by clicking on "Assets", "Banking", "Credit", or "Debt."

Top Behavioral Outcomes

The "Top Behavioral Outcomes" table lists the total sum of the behavioral outcomes your customers have achieved.

All possible outcome types include:

  • Goals
  • Assets
  • Banking
  • Credit
  • Debt
  • Taxes
